The show will be broadcast on the BBC Light Programme service on Boxing Day.
Cliff Richard and The Shadows star in a pre-recorded hour-long ATV tv special, Sounds And Sweet Airs, with guest Frank Ifield. John Rostill, who had replaced Shadows' bassist Licorice Locking, makes his public debut with Cliff and The Shadows on this show. The show is transmitted today but Cliff Richard, meanwhile, is in the Canary Islands on holiday.
