It is reported that top British music promoter, Harvey Goldsmith has put his company into receivership after the failure of his planned Total Eclipse Festival in Plymouth, Cornwall, England, UK, Europe, which was planned for 25,000 attendees but only 7,000 turned up. The largest of the eclipse-themed festivals, Lizard 99, at Goonhilly Downs in south Cornwall, with Kula Shaker, James and The Levellers, had already placed itself in receivership with debts totalling about £1m.
