Mayor Pete Flaherty of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, declares that in the wake of the recent calamitous ZZ Top concert in the city, future rock shows at Three Rivers Stadium will be limited to seven hours max, the gates will open earlier, there must be more portable toilets, and drunks and drug-users will not be allowed in. He concludes, "I hope it will not become necessary to eliminate future concerts."
