California, Central Division, Los Angeles, California, USA, against Decca Records Inc., alleging unfair competition by appropriating the musical arrangement of the song A Little Bird Told Me. The song was originally recorded by Paula Watson for Supreme Records, then done as a cover version by Evelyn Knight And The Stardusters for Decca. Judge Yankwich decides that Decca did not infringe any copyright.
