Following recent flooding from the overflowing of the Tyronza River near Dyess, Arkansas, evacuation of local people begins in freezing conditions. By the following day there are over 1500 people in the community centre. The incident will be immortalised in the song Five Feet High And Rising, written by local boy Johnny Cash about his family's experience of the floods.
