Rapper Lil Twist is stopped by police for a routine check while driving Justin Bieber's white Ferrari on Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, California, USA. A paparazzi photographer approaches the vehicle but is told by police to return to his car. While crossing the road, he is knocked down by a passing vehicle and dies on his way to hospital.
