A report by The National Transportation Safety Board states that under-inflated tyres may have been a primary cause of the Learjet 60 crash eighteen months earlier which killed four people and seriously injured Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and celebrity deejay DJ AM. A design flaw in the jet and the captain's decision to abort takeoff in Columbia, South Carolina, USA, were also contributary factors.
