A rock festival, The Party At The Palace, is staged outside Buckingham Palace, London, England, UK, Europe, as part of Queen Elizabeth II's silver jubilee celebrations. Artists performing include Paul McCartney, Brian Wilson, Eric Clapton, Robbie Williams and Ozzy Osbourne. Watching the tv broadcast at home in Framlingham, Sussex, is schoolboy Ed Sheeran, who is so blown away by Eric Clapton's rendition of Layla, that he resolves to become a musician.
