The Cream play a charity appeal gig at the Royal Agricultural College, Chippenham, Wiltshire, England, UK, Europe, supported by The Yardbirds and The Mindbenders. Eric Clapton of The Cream was, of course, formerly the guitarist for The Yardbirds. At this stage, however, he had been replaced by revered session player Jimmy Page, who would subsequently re-name the group The New Yardbirds and then, Led Zeppelin.
