Bill Wyman (bassist, Rolling Stones) : Brian (Jones, guitarist) knew this Russian film-maker, Giorgio Gomelsky, who'd worked with the Chris Barber Band and he had a bit of clout. He got us Eel Pie Island, which we did once a week and we had a fantastic success there, doubled the audience right away.
