Bernie Andrews (BBC producer) : Tim was in a pretty bad way on heroin. Some of the numbers I couldn’t use because he had to keep stopping to go round the back for another fix. Listening to him try and sing Reason To Believe, when he was in such a state, actually brought tears to my eyes.
