Famed Parisian street singer Lily Lian, (aka Lily Panam) dies aged 103 in a hospital near Paris, France, Europe. A contemporary of Edith Piaf, and a friend of crooner Maurice Chevalier and actor/singer Yves Montand, Lian was regarded as the last exponent of a 300-year-old trade, where singers sold lyrics and sheet music for their songs on the street.
