Gary Lightbody of Snow Patrol is presented with a special award marking the fact that their 2006 song Chasing Cars is now the most-played song ever on radio in the UK. The award is presented by music licensing body PPL, which tracks all the music played on radio and television in the UK, as it marked its 85th anniversary. Second place goes to Black Eyed Peas' I Gotta Feeling, while Pharrell's Happy comes third.
