London-based entrepreneur Nicky Byrne delivers a contract for the merchandising of products bearing The Beatles name and/or likenesses, to the office of showbiz lawyer David Jacobs, who is acting on behalf of The Beatles' manager Brian Epstein. The contract, involving the establishment of a company called Seltaeb owned by Byrne, will in due course prove exceptionally unfavourable to Epstein who will lose many thousands of dollars in profits.
