It is reported that comedian-singer Brother Dave Gardner has obtained a restraining order in the District Court, Biloxi, Mississippi, USA, preventing RCA Victor Records from selling the album All Seriousness Aside. Gardner claims that the album has been assembled by RCA using unauthorised live night club performances. The restraining order is part of a $3.5m case Gardner has launched against RCA.
