Full article:

Mike Peters (The Alarm) : We got ourselves a new manager, Elliott Roberts, who represented Neil Young and Bob Dylan on his roster of acts. Eliot managed to get us on tour with Bob Dylan and we had an absolutely brilliant time. We were playing all these summer outdoor venues in America, they're kind of known as the sheds. A lot of them you play they cover the stage and they cover maybe the first 5000 seats are all undercover and then there's a big lawn behind all these seats where people can sit out in the sun and watch all these bands.

It was a fantastic tour because it was all through July and August in America and a lot of the time we were playing two nights in the same place, so we got to hang out all together and were playing a lot of football. It was great because the first night of the tour that we did with Bob Dylan I was so excited, because I'd never actually seen Bob Dylan in the flesh before. I wanted to make sure I got really good seats to see him, so through the management, I actually bought my own ticket for the gig. Even though I was playing and had a backstage pass, I wanted to sit in the front row and watch Bob.

So I did the set, and he never turned up at the soundcheck, and the first gig was in Concorde in northern California, near San Francisco in a place called the Concorde Pavillion. We played our set and went down well, I was doing all the Rescue Me bit, running about 50,000 yards into the audience and singing it. We went down really well, and then I got my ticket and went and sat down, I had front row seats, and then Dylan came on. I was in heaven. Then at the end of the set, it got even better because Neil Young walked out and played on the whole electric set. I was right in the front row and it was really brilliant.
