Short story:

Full article:

Bill Wyman : I’ve lost touch with whoever Mick is now. I’m sure he has as well. Seven or eight years ago I could talk with Mick about books, films and intelligent things, but now I just talk to him in asides.

Mick is a very difficult person to know now. I’m not worried about saying what I think about Mick. He’s not my boss. We are a band, you know, and Keith Richards runs the Stones really.

Mick is a brilliant man but, in the final count, he just has his share of five votes, no more. He has been like a business associate for twenty years of working. Charlie is great. He knows what he wants to be and that’s what he is. Woody is difficult because he’s very shallow. Great for a good laugh, but you can’t talk to him. I think Keith didn’t understand where I was coming from for a long time because I didn’t get drunk or take drugs like him. But he has become perfectly straight over the past five years and he and I are now the best of mates.
