The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in the USA affirms the dismissal of a long-lasting antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation. Back in 2009, It's My Party, Inc., operators of the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Maryland, sued Live Nation for trying to entice and coerce artists to appear only at local amphitheaters and other venues owned and operated by LN. Circuit judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III dismissed the suit.
