During a live show at New Haven Coliseum, New Haven, Connecticut, USA, Tommy Lee of Motley Crue slides down a rope from his flying drum machine at the climax of his drum solo. The rope, however, gives way and Tommy falls twenty feet to the stage. After hospital treatment, it is decided that this part of the show will not be repeated elsewhere.
