Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker of Blink-182 release a statement declaring that guitarist-singer Tom DeLonge has "indefinitely" left the band and that Alkaline Trio's Matt Skiba will replace DeLonge for the band's upcoming set at The Musink Festival. Later in the day, DeLonge posts a note on Instagram, stating "I never quit the band."
