Stefan Wohl, driver of The Dave Matthews Band's tour bus, turns himself in to police in connection with an incident six months earlier in which the bus’s septic tank was emptied onto a boatful of tourists passing underneath a bridge on the Chicago River. He is charged with reckless conduct and discharging contaminates to cause water pollution. Matthews was not involved in the incident.
