Guitarist Billy Butler dies of a heart attack, aged 66, at his home in Teaneck, New Jersey, USA. In an acclaimed career, Butler led his own band but also worked with Dizzy Gillespie, Illinois Jacquet and Gene Ammons to name only a few. He is perhaps best-known as co-writer of the massive 1956 hit Honky Tonk with Bill Doggett.
