Scott Walker, leader of 60s pop trio The Walker Brothers, dies aged 76. After the dissolution of The Walker Brothers in 1967, Scott Walker went on to a lengthy and often acclaimed solo career, much of it as a singer-songwriter of cerebral pop, but never regained the level of success he had seen in the sixties.
