Protest singer Phil Ochs is arrested underneath the Picasso sculpture at the Civic Center, Chicago, Illinois, USA. Ochs is charged with disorderly conduct for announcing the candidacy of a pig called Pigasus for the office of President of the United States. Among others arrested at the same time is Yippie leader Jerry Rubin.
