It is reported that Morrissey, former front man of The Smiths, has joined a call for an independent inquiry into disturbing evidence of animal suffering at an animal research laboratory belonging to Imperial College London, UK. Former ICL student Brian May, guitarist of Queen, has already spoken out against the reports of cruelty, and called for a fully independent inquiry.
