It is reported that a $100,000 plagiarism suit has been filed in the New York Federal Court, New York City, USA, by songwriters Gladys Shelley and Harry Archer against publisher Buddy Morris and songwriters Harold Spina and Jack Elliot. The suit alleges that Dinah Shore's current hit single It's So Nice To Have A Man Around The House, published by Morris, is based on Shelley and Archer's song You Gotta Have A Man Around The House.
