When Kim Wilde's version of You Keep Me Hanging On enters the Top 10 of The Billboard Singles Chart, it becomes the first song of the rock era to reach the Top 10 in the USA in three different versions. The previous hit versions were by The Supremes in 1966 and Vanilla Fudge in 1967. Phil Collins will also release the song as an album track in 2010.
