Joe Brown : No big deal about that. It was just that their manager, Brian Epstein, was trying to promote The Beatles so he arranged a little tour around the Liverpool area and he put the boys on to open for me to give them a bit of a break cause I was the star then. I was really impressed by them. We also did The Tower Ballroom with them, and I was knocked out because they were obviously a great live band.
