Full article:
Barry Dickins (agent) : I was working for Tito Burns in The Harold Davidson Agency at that time. I had to go to the Royal Albert Hall where we had a show with The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Pink Floyd, The Move, Amen Corner and the deejay was Pete Drummond. Pink Floyd wanted to put up their screen for light projections, and Tito Burns, who had booked the show, left me there on my own, just twenty years old, and told me not to let The Floyd erect their screen because we’d sold the seats behind the stage. Of course, Peter Jenner starts to put the backdrop up and I had to tell him to take it down. I won in the end. They only played for, like, fifteen minutes on those package tours in those days. That was the only date on the tour that I went to, which was enough, because it aged me. Later, of course, Peter and I worked together for quite a long while on Billy Bragg.
