Police are called out to the home of Steve Miller of the Steve Miller Band, where they find him putting out a fire. He tussles with police and is charged with resisting arrest. He is also subsequently charged with setting fire to clothes and personal effects belonging to Bernita DiOrio, the young lady who had called the police in the first case, but the charges are soon dropped.
