British record labels association the BPI wins two significant new piracy cases, confirming for the first time that cyberlockers, stream rippers and those who use them – are breaking the law. The rulings followed an online hearing by Mr Justice Miles at The High Court, London, England, UK, Europe, who ruled that the operators and users of the websites use the services of internet companies (ISPs) to infringe copyright and that therefore the ISPs should block access to them.
