The Rabbit's Foot Minstrels (an all black musical company) perform their two act musical comedy show A Rabbit's Foot, at The Buckingham Theater, Tampa, Florida, USA. This is their final show of the season, and owner Pat Chappelle uses the occasion to place an advert in The Freeman pointing out that he has "accomplished what no other Negro has done - successfully run a Negro show without the help of a single white man."
