Sting : I think that song is totally inappropriate for this record (Ghost In the Machine) actually. I'd written it a long time before. I wrote it when I was on the dole in London. I brought it out of a bag that seemed to be bottomless at the time, that really pissed the other two off because I seemed to have an endless supply of songs and pretended I'd just written it, and, of course, it had been written a good five or six years before. It didn't really fit with the rest of the album, although it was a big hit. It justified its position.
