A High Court injunction is obtained in London, England, UK, Europe, to prevent Charly Records from issuing the legendary audition tapes made by The Beatles for Decca Records in January 1962. These were the very tapes which prompted Decca A+R man Dick Rowe to tell The Beatles manager, "Groups with guitars are out. Take your boys back to Liverpool, Mr Epstein."
