Steve Eagles (guitarist, The Photos) : I went along to see them because I’d been told that they were very good and they were, dead powerful. They really rocked. I was particularly impressed by The Edge.
I got right up front and had a close look at him. I remember he had an Electro Harmonix delay unit and a couple of other effects boxes, but the curious thing was that he had them attached halfway up his microphone stand instead of being on the floor where they were supposed to be.
