P.P.Arnold (Backing vocalist) : I remember that day, when we recorded Sledgehammer, so clearly. I remember going down to Bath on the train. He had a great house in the country. He was a really nice guy, although he was sad at that time because I think his marriage had broken up. It was a really great day. I remember he had these anti-gravity boots. They're these boots that help you to hang upside down. He had the pole and everything in his house. You just connect the pole anywhere and hang upside down. It's very healthy. It helps to straighten out your spine.

I did the session with Linda Lewis's sister and another girl named Coral. We did some great work that day. We did three sessions for Peter in one day and then I went back to London.
