Music business entrepreneur Tony Calder dies aged 74 in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London, England, UK, Europe, where he was being treated for pneumonia. Calder acted as promoter of The Beatles' debut single Love Me Do before going on to co-found Immediate Records with Rolling Stones' manager Andrew Loog Oldham. The label's roster included whose roster included the Small Faces, Rod Stewart and Fleetwood Mac.
