Carl Smyth (aka Chas Smash of Madness) : Cardiac Arrest was about my father’s heart attack, and also seeing a man suffer a heart attack on the London Underground. But I wish we had called it Seven Letters rather than Cardiac Arrest. It would have been more sensible. Cardiac Arrest was a commercial mistake.
