Dan 'Woody' Woodgate, (Madness) : Return Of The Los Palmas Seven came about when Dave Robinson of Stiff Records wanted an instrumental for the French and Belgians. We took the sheet music for an old song, What Now My Love by Shirley Bassey, and changed it completely, giving it a Latin, cha-cha rhythm, which worked well.
