John Lennon is recorded performing a number of songs on an acoustic guitar in a room at the St Regis Hotel, New York City, USA, where he was temporarily living in with Yoko Ono. The songs were intended as the soundtrack to the Yoko Ono/John Lennon film Clock, a chronicle of the passing of an hour on the room's wall clock. The tape includes versions of Peggy Sue, Honey Don't, Lend Me Your Comb, Mailman, Bring Me No More Blues, and early drafts of Mind Games and New York City.
