Jimi Hendrix's legal suit against Capitol Records - an attempt to prevent the selling of the LP Get That Feeling - has been thrown out by District Court Judge Charles M. Metzner in Los Angeles, California, USA. The LP consists of tracks Hendrix recorded as a sideman with Curtis Knight before he found solo success. The judge does, however, agree that the LP cover could be confusing for consumers and asks the record company to re-design it before manufacturing any further copies.Full article:
