Joseph Flores (park ranger, San Antonio) : I received a call from an officer on the San Antonio river. She was calling for backup because five men had taken off everything except their underclothes and jumped in the river. One of them had damaged the light on the front of her patrol boat when she approached them. When I got there, they were rowdy and very intoxicated. I had to arrest them and take them down to the jail in handcuffs. It was only then that we learned one of them was the guitarist for the group Primal Scream.
