It is announced that Ed Sheeran is being sued by the family of Ed Townsend for copyright infringement. Townsend's family allege that Sheeran's song, Thinking Out Loud, plagiarises elements of Marvin Gaye's 1973 hit Let's Get It On, which was co-written by Townsend.
