When:
Short story:
Ed Sheeran plays the first of three nights at The Waterfront, Norwich, Norfolk, England, UK, Europe. During these shows, he plays with a full backing band, but does not find the experience enjoyable so resorts to his solo show, using just one guitar and a loop station, soon after.

Ed Sheeran : My booking agent booked the tour in May and we were going to all these small cities and missing out Norwich and and I was like, 'Why are we missing out Norwich?', but he said it's because he wanted three in a row.

Stuart Camp (manager, Ed Sheehan) : He did do three nights at Norwich Waterfront with a band but in a way it just turned him into another singer-songwriter. It worked but it just didn’t have the magic of a solo show. When people see him solo, they’re going, 'How the fuck did he do that?'
It is remarkable to watch what Ed does with his feet, working those pedals. I’ve stood there watching him with the people who build these things for a living, and they’re going, 'No, that’s not possible.' They can’t get their heads round how he can do so many things at once.
