Peter Noone (Herman) : Mrs. Brown You've Got A Lovely Daughter was an amazing success in America … so we were looking for another one of those. And we remembered that once, in the olden days, we'd done Henry The VII on stage, and it had always gone down well. It's a good sing-a-long song. But we couldn't remember how it went. But we went into the studio and tried it, and that's where that "Second verse, same as the first" came from, because there are many verses – but I could only remember one, so I just kept doing it. And it's not even the verse, it's the chorus.
