Judge James Dabney rules that G-Unit rapper Young Buck must stand trial for assault. Judge Dabney states that sufficient evidence has been presented in the preliminary hearing for the trial to proceed. The charges stem from an incident last November's Vibe awards ceremony in Santa Monica, California, USA, during which Young Buck is alleged to have stabbed Jimmy James Johnson, after Johnson punched Dr Dre.
