British pop impresario Simon Fuller sells his company, 19 Entertainment, for £100m to US company CKX. Fuller discovered and managed both the Spice Girls and S Club 7, as well as devising the globally successful tv show Pop Idol. Despite the sale, Fuller will retain full control of 19 Management as a director of CKX.
