While Bono of U2 is flying from Dublin, Ireland, Europe, to Berlin, Germany, a rear door (tailgate) on his private Learjet 60 D-CGEO falls off at 8,000ft over the German coast. Luggage belonging to Bono and his companions also fell out. One hour Bono later, meets with Germany's development minister Gerd Mueller at his ministry in Berlin to discuss overseas aid projects.
