Jim Cregan (guitarist/vocalist, Blossom Toes) : When The Doobie Brothers, Little Feat and Tower Of Power played at The Rainbow, I was given tickets. It was called The Warner Brothers Music Show and it was a really cheap ticket price. I happened to be in Apple Studios in Savile Row making a record with Linda Lewis, who I was married to, so I went along to the gig and got the Tower Of Power horn section to come and play on the album. They just came along after the show. The session started at midnight and they set up a piano in the tape closet and wrote the horn charts on the spot. They even sold us a song, Not A Little Girl Any More, which they'd written for Linda Ronstadt. It was very amusing to hear these long-haired guys from California singing the lyric to Linda in three part harmony, with one of them doing the falsetto.
