Short story:

Teen-oriented movie UK Swings Again (re-titled Go-Go Big Beat! in the USA) is released in the UK, featuring Millie Small, The Animals, The Four Pennies, Lulu And The Luvvers, The Merseybeats, The Swinging Blue Jeans, The Applejacks, Brian Poole And The Tremeloes, The Wackers, The Tornados and The Hollies. The film, cobbled together from many sources, also features songs written by John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison of The Beatles as performed by The Cheynes, which incuded Mick Fleetwood on drums. threats of court action quickly followed the premiere. Lawsuits will follow over the marketing of the movie (e.g. the Beatles' name was larger than that of The Cheynes) and rights to the use of the songs, as a result of which Go Go Big Beat will disappear soon after its release.
